Our coach practice your program skills with you. You can relax in an outdoor garden environment, take in the ocean view just a few feet away, or check out the town. Airport pick up and transportation available. 

This retreat location is about fifteen minutes drive from Ocho Rios center town, and to numerous tourist attractions. Free Wi-Fi available. Closest airport is Ian Fleming International Airport about ten minutes drive from location. Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay is a two hours and fourteen minutes drive from location. Airport pick up and transpotation available. The A3 Highway brings you straight into Galina as you drive along the sea coast.

You will be greeted by a house manager who will confirm your stay. This all inclusive  retreat experience comes along with all activities as table tennis. In this event you will practice with a coach all the skills you learned in the natural wellness program. Relax and have a joyful time. All proram participants get half off.
