PROBLEM

To identify the root stressor of a problem is key to solving a problem. Often times the problem being experienced is the symptom effects caused by an underlying stressor. The depth of the problem could even go to the emotional or even spiritual level. This is one of the reasons why this program is structured with a holistic approach, addressing mind, body, and spirit. 

HOLISTIC

The holistic approach takes into consideration the whole person. Mental state and social factors as family history, experiences, relationships, and even childhood trauma can have lasting effect into adulthood. This can profoundly impact health.

PLANNING

For the plan to be successful the client must have the ability to fulfill it. Learning readiness is being prepared to receive your good results. It is necessary to have manageable small attainable goals within the plan to prevent feeling overwhelmed. The goal setting is a very important skill which is mastered in our program.

IMLPIMENTATION

In the implementation portion the client caries out the plan. This is written clearly in a step by step process, which can be followed easily. This makes it easier to measure the results. The supports to improve physical health are specified in this part of the plan. Choices related to nutrition to promote physical health are given based on clients desires.

EVALUATION

In the evaluation portion of the plan the results are analyzed and measured. Based on the results it can be determination if progress is being made, and the changes in course of action needed. The client is an active participant in the plan, and when possible should be included in the process of setting the goal of the plan.
